What is covered?
Nigor Net BV warrants your Tech4o® brand product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship and to perform accurately, for one (2) years from date of original purchase provided it has not been damaged by the causes described in the next paragraph.
What is not covered?
Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration, accidents, abuse, improper maintenance and non-compliance with written instructions and precautions are not covered by this warranty. Watches & Electronic instruments are water resistant, they are not waterproof. Damage resulting from excessive exposure to water, heat or cold is not covered under this warranty. The replaceable battery is not covered under the warranty. THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES BEYOND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL NIGOR NET BV BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
WHAT NIGOR NET BV WILL DO
If after inspection we find that a product failed due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace the product, at our option, without charge.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
Contact your qualified Tech4o Dealer or request by e-mail the Return Authorization (RA) form and obtain a RA Code and shipping address. Return the product (along with along with our completed warranty return (RA) form and your purchase receipt). We do not accept unauthorized return shipments. After examination, the Tech4o Dealer will send the returned product to us for warranty handling. We do not accept unauthorized return shipments.
If your Tech4o product needs service or repair due to normal wear and tear, animal attack, accident or some other reason that is not covered under the warranty, we will provide prompt service at minimal charge. Please return your product or component that requires repair, along with our completed warranty return (RA) form.
